I've always been a keen runner. Over the years I've qualified with UK Athletics as a Coach in Running Fitness
First of all we'll discuss your aims and ambitions.
I'll assess your running style.
I'll keep you within reasonable limits of your ability, give you a balanced training plan and keep you on track of your goals by measuring and evaluating your progress.
From there we'll make adjustments to help determine what training methods work best.
